Yes. Peak-event weekends (F1 Miami Grand Prix, Art Basel, Ultra, SOBEWFF, Boat Show, NYE) apply peak-season pricing, typically 25–50% above standard rates. Peak pricing is confirmed in writing at booking — no surprises. For F1 and Art Basel, we recommend booking 90+ days in advance to lock rates.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup are free. Within 24 hours, a 50% cancellation fee applies. No-shows or same-day cancellations are billed at 100%. For peak-event bookings (F1, Art Basel), cancellation windows extend to 14 days.
Every airport arrival includes a 30-minute meet-and-greet grace period starting from wheels-down. International arrivals include 45 minutes. After the grace period, wait time is billed at the hourly rate ($95 sedan / $125 SUV / $175 Sprinter) in 15-minute increments. We track your flight live — if there's a delay, no penalty.
Yes. Corporate accounts include direct invoicing with monthly statements, consolidated billing, and custom cost-center tracking. Minimum volume approximately $2,500/month. Email info@limoservice.miami to open an account. Individual reservations can be paid by credit card at booking or on-site.
We don't match prices, but we're transparent about what's included. Lower rates elsewhere often exclude gratuity, tolls, parking, or peak-season surcharges — or use older-model vehicles with less experienced drivers. Our rates are all-inclusive, and we run current-model Mercedes, Cadillac, Lincoln, and prestige vehicles with licensed, professionally trained chauffeurs.
Airport and port transfers are flat-rate regardless of short distance. For hourly charters, the minimum is 2 hours on weekdays and 3 hours on Friday/Saturday nights. Short one-way local trips (under 10 miles, non-airport) are billed at a minimum $65 for sedan dispatch.
